If you are an international trying to withdraw cash, this is practically fraud. First they charge ~9 USD atm fee which is high, but then the exchange course is almost 15% off the official rate. The atm fee would have been fine but then the exchange rate is a joke. Santander around the corner has a fraction of the ATM fee (~30 instead of ~180), and then you can decline conversion to get a fair exchange rate.

At the entrance the attitude of the staff, rude. To see an account executive you have to wait for them to finish their "meeting" so they can assist you. They take you a while to make a clarification, as if you had your time and availability. Terrible service 😡 😒 😑

How about good evening... I know it's something that has nothing to do with money and the bank... Last night I went to deposit, I arrived on my bike which I left by mistake between 9 pm I hope If any of the security people were able to protect it, I will reward them 😔🙏I use it for work... I hope they have saved it for me... If not, then someone has already taken it... 😔😪
